We we’re just awarded with a $1000 grant from Pricesmart!

This is what $1000 worth of stuff looks like.

For those of you unfamiliar with PriceSmart, it’s a big warehouse type store that you pay a membership to (like a Sam’s, Costco, BJ’s etc…) based out of California with stores in Central America. They sell a lot of U.S. products and products in bulk.

Every year they seek to give back to the community through grants to local non-profits. They specifically look to support a sustainable work that is benefiting a local community.

We heard about this a few months ago and decided to apply. Last month we received an email.

Can’t read it? It says, “Congrats, you’re receiving $1000 worth of stuff for your ministry.”

We want to give a big THANK YOU to PriceSmart, Price Philanthropies Foundation, and the staff at our local PriceSmart. We’ve been hugely blessed by your generosity and kindness. Thank you for giving back to local communities. Thank you for your heart to give. Thank you for showing that big companies can still care about the little guys. You guys are awesome. We’ll be using these products to change futures, and you’re a part of that.
