You want to be an intern, we want you to be an intern. We currently offer four different types of internships here in Nicaragua with Enrich Missions.

  • Intro to Missions Internship

This is for the person that wants to come and serve for 4-6 weeks but isn’t necessarily trying to fulfill a college credit. In this internship you’ll stay with a local family, work daily as a member of Enrich staff, and learn about missions from “the other side of the curtain” so to speak. You’ll leave with new leadership skills and a more complete knowledge of foreign ministry, all while serving people.

  • College Internship 

This 4-6 week internship is specifically for college students that want to fulfill a credit or service hours. Enrich Missions is a great place to gain real world experience while fulfilling class requirements. You’ll work in ministry, but also see how leadership decisions are made and gain a greater understanding of what world and what doesn’t in foreign missions. This internship includes a morning mentorship program with the leaders of Enrich Missions, where you can pick their brains and grow as a leader yourself.

  • Missionary Training Internship

This 6 week internship is specifically for people that are sure of their calling into foreign missions and want quality, real world training before they leave for their destination. This internship is a requirement for Enrich Missions missionaries, but is open to all future missionaries. Topics include fundraising, project deployment, loving others, and many more.

You can work with children, build Enrichment Centers, host teams, and grow under the mentorship of the leaders, all in the beautiful surroundings of the mountains of Matagalpa. Experience regular devotionals with seasoned missionaries, work in Nicaraguan public classrooms, and find out your true calling.

  • Year of Impact Internship
